News from the AHANC Nor Cal Futurities

DCA Sentry (Psymadre x Sypress) was Nor Cal Futurity Reserve Champion three year old Gelding and also Reserve Champion in the Open with an eleven year old boy!  Started under saddle!  Sentry was also the Reserve Champion halter gelding in the Open with Jason Daniels at the Diablo Show!!  Thank you Jason!

Region Three Championships

We would like to announce that Sentry DCA was the Silver Sire Futurity Champion shown by an Amateur at the Region Three show in Reno in July 2007 winning the two year old Colts and Geldings Class!  We are anxious to show him next year at the Nor Cal, Silver Sire and Open Sweepstakes in 2008.  He is currently available for sale for $7500 and will also make an outstanding Western Pleasure Futurity Horse next year.  His Dam, Sypress NA by *Khadraj NA is a Region 3 Reserve Champion Western Pleasure Junior Horse.

Diablo Arabian Horse Show

At the Diablo Show Psyundance went Top Five in Dressage Training Level Test III, qualifying for the Pacific Slopes Competition in June in Santa Rosa.  He was also Champion Stallion AOTH with me. His dressage career is progressing extremely well under the training of Holly Matthews.  He is ready to move on to First Level!

Smply Irrisistible and rider Miss Kelsey Baker took a second and Reserve Champion in WP 14 - 17. They are on to Region III.  Thank You Kelsey and Jodi!


Sentry DCA named champion two year old gelding class with Ricardo Rivera and then won the Championship all ages of Geldings.  He took a Top Five in the AHANC Futurity with owner, Cynthia Osborn

Colorado welcomes beautiful Psyundance filly!

Congratulations to Laurie Wright (Colorado) on the birth of her incredibly beautiful Psyundance SP filly!  Laurie and her family are extremely pleased with this lovely filly and plan to keep her.  (Pictures to follow).

Diablo Arabian Horse Show

Psyundance SP named Sport Horse Champion Stallion at the Diablo Arabian Horse Show, winning both the In Hand Open and Amateur (his first time to be shown Sport Horse).  Psyundance is currently in dressage training with Holly Matthews and will make his debut this Spring.

Congratulations to Maureen Morris and her very beautiful Psyundance colt Arabask Psyundancer (pending) (Psyundance sp x Arabask Sandpiper.  Maureen says he is the best foal they have produced to date!
News for the Arabian Horse Club of Northern California prestigious A Rated show

Shinobi DCA was named RESERVE CHAMPION three year old geldings shown by Jesse Saldana.  One judge placed him first, another judge placed him second and a third judge placed him third ending up with Reserve Champion honors. Shinobi also took a third going Top Five in the AOTH class with Cynthia Osborn

Psyundance SP's filly is an outstandingly beautiful bay filly!!!  She took a TOP FIVE in the yearling Nor Cal Futurities (placing third) against some incredibly tough competition (lots of Enzo fillies and a Padrons Psyche filly).  We are very proud of her!  She was also shown by her owner, Nick Moody, a (Junior High School student) and took another Top Five placing third in the AOTH class for yearling fillies.  Her name is Psymply Magic and she is headed for Region III and the Silver Sire Sweepstakes Show!

Silver Sire All Amateur Sweepstakes, Reno, NV

Shinobi dca, went unanimous Champion at the Silver Sire All Arabian Futurity Show in Reno, Nevada. We are so proud of him.  We did all the conditioning, clipping, grooming, etc and took him up ourselves and showed him!!!  Must say there is some pride involved when you breed the mare and raise the baby and take them all the way!

We are happy to announce the bith of two fine individuals. We are happy to say our Stallion Psyundance SP produced a lovley Purebred Filly out of our Muscat daughter and our Khadraj NA daughter presented us with a beautiful colt by Psymadre.
Eastern Canadian Breeders Championships

Congratulations to the Half-Arabian Psyundance Colt, Early Morning Rain - Champion Half-Arabian Colt at the presitgious Eastern Canadian Breeders Championships. Owned by Dee Shute, Almonte, Ontario

  • Shinobi dca was Reserve Champion Nor Cal Futurities also third in the large Owner/Breeder Class winning money from a pot of $500.
  • Psyundance SP was first place in the 5 year old Stallion class AO

We have a gelding! It is with regret we announce that Shinobi dca is no longer a stallion. This was a difficult decision to make, however, he is turning into a stunning show gelding. Watch for Shinobi at the Region 3 Championships in the Sweepstakes Gelding Class and also, Silver Sire Futurity in Reno, NV. We are very excited!
